The
Nasdaq
and
New York Stock Exchange
will both be closed on the holiday but hold regular trading on the final day of 2024.

The U.S. bond markets will close early on Tuesday, Dec. 31., with trading slated to stop for the year at 2 p.m. ET. and remain closed on New Year’s Day, according to according to the

Markets will reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.

will occur on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, in observance of the
national day of mourning
following the
